After 4 years of hard work I am proud to say that I have past all 3 of my FA Youth Modules. There is no doubt that this has helped me become a better youth coach and even more importantly helped me to help young players not only their football technical skills but also their social and psychological development. The courses have also shown me how to help the young players understand how to improve their physical and tactical awareness easier and quicker. Any coach working with young people should book themselves on these courses and have their eyes opened. This is not the end of the learning but a new beginning.
